- Raw foods awareness happened to me about 10 years ago. I had always been a juicer fan, but, i didn't identify it with raw foods until later. In January, 2009, I created my own company - Over the Moon Raw Foods- as President and Chef! I am a musician, a writer and singer and perform with Jonesalee and Doubting Thomas Band. I play strings, harmonica, percussion, sing and have enjoyed collaborating and sharing the stage with many talented artists over the years.
